1. Mr. Sardar Amjad Ali, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the applicant in CAN 3 of 2023 fairly submits that the reliefs sought in CAN 3 of 2023 ought to have been agitated in the form of a review application of the order dated 22nd August, 2023.

2. He, therefore, prays for leave to withdraw the instant application being CAN 3 of 2023 with liberty to file a review application in respect of the order dated 22nd August, 2023.

3. With liberty reserved to the appellant, as prayed for above, the application being CAN 3 of 2023 shall stand dismissed as not pressed.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
