Kutubuddin ...for the State It is submitted on behalf of the learned advocate for the petitioner that this revisional application was dismissed for default on 18.2.2019 and for which he has filed one application for restoration on the revisional application and while prayer for restoration for revisional application was pending for hearing, the restoration application itself was again dismissed for default on 12.6.2019. Subsequently, the petitioner has prayed for restoration of the earlier restoration application.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, CRR 24 of 2019 is restored to its original file on condition that the matter will be taken up as "Contested Application" on 17th June, 2022. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2019 and CRAN 2 of 2019 is disposed of.

The learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon the learned advocate for the State by tomorrow.

The learned advocate for the State is directed to produce the case diary on the next date. Appointment on behalf of the learned advocate for the State may be regularised.
