In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties and without prejudice to their rights and contentions, WPA 1062 of 2026 stands disposed of by granting liberty to the respondent no.1 financial institution to withdraw the impugned possession notice dated 17 December 2025 and permit them to issue a fresh notice for recovery of their entire dues in accordance with law.
