1. Medical report is placed on record. Medical report shows victim suffered fracture wounds and had to undergo operation. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioners in the assault resulting in grievous life threatening injuries.

2. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
