Mr. Sinha Roy, learned Advocate representing the petitioner fairly submits that the writ-petition, which has been filed challenging the issuance of the work order pursuant to the notice dated 10.09.2024 inviting tender, presently has become infructuous as relevant work order has already been issued and the successful tenderer has commenced work therein.

2. In view thereof, WPA 1167 of 2025 is dismissed.

3. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

4. Urgent Photostat Certified of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties.
