Accordingly, Ms. Puspita Saha, learned advocate present in Court today is appointed to represent the State in this case.

Let her appointment be regularized by the learned Public Prosecutor, High Court, Calcutta.

The criminal revision stands dismissed for default. All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
