for correction of typographical errors which cropped up in the order dated 07.04.2022.

In the 2nd page at paragraph 2 in the 3rd line, in the 3rd page at paragraph 3 in the 2nd line, in the 4th page in the 1st line and also in the 4th page at paragraph 2 in the 4th line of the order dated 07.04.2022, the expressions "Mat Suit No. 443 of 2021" are replaced by the words "Mat Suit No. 443 of 2020".

Let such errors be rectified.

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 07.04.2022.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 07.04.2022.

Parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all formalities.
