Apprehending arrest in connection with Berhampore Police Station Case No. 816 of 2017 dated 03.07.2017 under Sections 147/148/149/448/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and 25/27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act, the present application has been preferred.

Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considering the fact that the petitioners' application for anticipatory bail pertaining to

same case was rejected by this Court in CRM 7796 of 2017 passed by this Court on 7th September, 2017 and as there had been no change of circumstances as existing on the present date, we are not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 439 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
