1. Petitioner is in custody for ten months. She submits victimhusband was mentally challenged. She has been falsely implicated. She prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State submits victim-husband had been murdered at his residence. Petitioner was present at the time of occurrence. Trial is in progress.

3. We have considered the on record. Victim-husband was murdered at his residence. Petitioner was present at the time of occurrence. She did not divulge the incident to the brother in law of the victim. Subsequently, she was arrested. Trial is in progress.

4. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and nature of offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly prayer for bail is rejected.
