Petitioner refers to a communication made to the Officer-in-Charge, CID Office, Bankura Sadar, District Bankura and submits that till date no action has been taken.

The representation which was made to the Officer-in-Charge reflects narration of facts relating to dates of the year 2022. Having considered the period of time which has lapsed in the meantime, I am of the opinion that the petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3) of the BNSS for necessary directions. Learned Magistrate would assess and ascertain regarding the genuinity of the allegations and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 1411 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
