Perused the office reports dated 16.03.2023, 07.07.2023 and the solemn order dated 13.04.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Court.

In the said order, the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct interalia, "On the prayer of the learned counsel for the appellant, time to cure the defects as pointed out by the department in its report dated 16th March, 2023, is peremptorily extended by two weeks from date, in default, the appeal shall stands dismissed without any further reference to this Court".

It appears from said office report dated 07.07.2023 that the fresh requisites have not yet been filed by the Ld. Advocate for the appellants for effecting service of notice of appeal upon the respondent no.1 through speed post with A.D in compliance with the said solemn order passed by the Hon'ble Court.

Thus, the instant appeal stands dismissed.
