Datta, Mr. Santanu Deb Ray ..... for the State Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considered the materials in the case diary. It appears that upon completion of the investigation, chargesheet has been submitted. There is no adverse report against the petitioner.

In view thereof, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 26th February, 2021, to the effect that 'the petitioner shall meet with the Officer-in-Charge, Hanskhali Police Station once a week until further orders on and from 02.03.2021', is waived. Other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
