Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim suffered grievous injury. Co-accused who have been granted pre-arrest bail were the women folk of the family. Petitioners do not stand on the same footing with the said co-accused. In view of the materials against the petitioners and the nature of injury i.e. grievous, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
