[ Considering the fact that the police submitted charge sheet on completion of the investigation and considering the fact that there is no adverse report as against the petitioner, we waive the condition of the order granting anticipatory bail dated February 15, 2021 requiring the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once a week until further orders.

All other conditions of the order dated February 15, 2021 will remain the same.
