Order of the Howrah Municipal Corporation dated August 27, 2025 and September 18, 2025 directing the persons responsible for making unauthorized construction to cause self demolition of the illegal/unauthorized structure has been placed before this Court. The same is taken on record. 2.

The Corporation shall take necessary steps for demolition of the unauthorized construction in accordance with law without any delay.
