His grievance is that he got his pensionary benefits after eight months from the date of his retirement. The petitioner has come before this court after expiry of at least fourteen years for payment of interest.

I am told by the learned advocate for the State that the petitioner filed one suit, which has been dismissed. In any event this is a money claim which will not be adjudicated by this writ court. A suit also cannot be adjudicated which is time-barred following the Limitation Act applicable to the suit in respect of money claim as he has come before this court after fourteen years. Following the same principle also this court will not entertain this application.

This writ application is dismissed.
