In re : CRAN 1 of 2024 (Md. Sabir Alam) 1.

By an order dated January 19, 2024, passed in CRM (DB) 181 of 2024, the petitioner no.4 herein, namely, Md. Sabir Alam, i.e., the present petitioner, was granted bail, inter alia, on the conditions that he shall not enter the jurisdiction of Chakulia Police Station until further orders and shall provide address where he shall presently reside to the investigating officer as well as to the court below and shall report to the officer in charge of the P.S. concerned within whose jurisdiction he shall presently reside once in a week until further orders. The petitioner says that he has been reporting to the concerned Police Station without fail. He seeks waiver of the aforesaid two conditions.

The State has filed a report. Let the same be kept with the records.

From the report filed by the State, we find nothing adverse against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the conditions requiring the petitioner not to enter the jurisdiction of Chakulia Police Station and to report to the Officer in charge of the concerned Police Station within whose jurisdiction he shall reside now, once in a week, stand relaxed. He is permitted to enter the jurisdiction of Chakulia Police Station. However, he should continue to report to the concerned Police Station once in a month until further orders. 5.

The other conditions of bail remain unaltered. 6.

CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
