Mrs. Parna Roy Choudhury ...for the respondent no. 2 The writ petition has been filed on the apprehension that the petitioner may be restrained, pursuant to look out notices issued to other directors of the company under liquidation called Visa Power Limited of which the petitioner was a Non-Executive Director on the complaint of the Punjab National Bank.

It is submitted by counsel for the Bank, that his client had not requested for any such look-out notice against the writ petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the Immigration authorities shall verify the original look-out notice carefully bearing in mind that the bank has not in any way requested for detention of the petitioner, while dealing with an application for immigration made by the petitioner on arrival in India.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
