The petitioners claim that the land was their own. But there has been interference by the administration. Learned advocate for the State is present.

A representation was made by petitioners that both the administration and the police authorities have been interfering and accusations have been made.

In view of the nature of the accusations made which are vague, I direct the police authorities if there is any dispute between the petitioner or any other private person, the concerned Inspector-inCharge would ensure that there is no breach of peace and tranquility and any untoward incident arises because of the dispute relating to the land in question.

With the aforesaid observation, WPA 1244 of 2025 is disposed of.

All the parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of the order.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
