1. The petitioner is serving as diet supplier of the Chief Medical Officer, Bishnupur, Bankura. He does not intend to proceed with the contract any further.

2. A representation was made before the Superintendent of the Leprosy Hospital in October, 2024. The same is alleged to be kept pending.

3. Without entering into the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Superintendent, Bishnupur District Hospital, Bankura being the respondent no. 4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with the prevailing rules and regulations at the earliest but positively within sixty days from the date of communication of this order.

4. A reasonable order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
