Mr. Saha, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners, submits that since the petitioners have already availed of the alternative and efficacious remedy available to it, by an application under Section 17 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of the Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the "SARFAESI Act"), the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
