1. The petitioner is serving as diet supplier of the Chief Medical Officer, Gouripur, Bankura. He does not intend to proceed with the contract any further.

2. A representation was made before the Superintendent of the Leprosy Hospital in August, 2024. The same is alleged to be kept pending.

3. Without entering into the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Superintendent, Gouripur Leprosy Hospital, Bankura being the respondent no. 4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with the prevailing rules and regulations at the earliest but positively within sixty days from the date of communication of this order.

4. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. The respondent no. 4 has been incorrectly described in the cause title of the writ petition. The respondent no. 4 shall read as the Superintendent, Gouripur Leprosy Hospital, Bankura.

7. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
