Heard learned Advocates for the respective parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners were driving a vehicle. They dashed against the scooty of the complainant. As a result, the pillion rider i.e. the victim fell down. Thereafter, petitioners brutally assaulted him. Injuries are grievous and lifethreatening. In light of the nature of crime and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
