The instant writ petition was filed at the stage when a show-cause notice was issued by Central Bank as to why the petitioners would not be declared as willful defaulters.

It has been submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, final order has been passed by the Identification Committee which is under challenge in a subsequent writ petition.

In view of the above, the present writ petition appears to have become infructuous. The same stands dismissed.
