1. The petitioner intended to obtain certain information under the Right to Information Act from the Gram Panchayat. The Panchayat has provided the information sought for by the petitioner. The petitioner is aggrieved by the information supplied.

2. It will be open for the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy in accordance with law, if so advised.

3. Affidavit-of-exception filed on behalf of the petitioner be retained with the records.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
