Mr. Sandeep Krishna Rohatgi, the petitioner no. 1 in person submits by inviting my attention to the order dated February 4, 2021 wherefrom it is reflected that the writ application being W.P.A. 1341 of 2021 was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action upon curing the defects in the writ petition. It is pointed out that pursuant to the said order, the writ application being W.P.A. No. 4463 of 2021 has been filed on 10.2.2021, but the said matter is not listed.

Therefore, the writ application being W.P.A. 1341 of 2021 appears to be listed through inadvertence instead of listing the writ application being W.P.A. 4463 of 2021.

Let the said writ application being W.P.A. 4463 of 2021 be listed.
