Learned Advocate appearing for the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) submits that, examination-in-chief of all prosecution witnesses are over. Cross-examination of nine prosecution witnesses are pending. Cross-examination was deferred at the instance of the defence.

Learned Advocate appearing for the CBI submits that, last date before the learned Trial Court was on February 28, 2025 for the purpose of cross-examination of the witness of the prosecution.
