1. With a history of checkered litigation, the petitioners herein challenge the Notice of 06.01.2025 issued by the respondent no. 4.

2. The parties submit unanimously that the concerned authority, the respondent no. 3 herein, has not yet passed any order in spite of an order passed by this Hon'ble Court on 19.05.2025. The Court had specifically directed to complete the entire process within 90 working days from the date of communication of this order.

3. The respondent no. 4 is directed to comply with the directions immediately, made in the order of 19.05.2025 within a period of four weeks from date i.e. by 17.12.2025.

4. With these directions as afore-state, WPA 1224 of 2025 is disposed of.

5. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent Photostat Certified Copy of this order be given to the parties, if applied for.
