Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated. There is a title suit pending between the private parties. The disputes are civil in nature.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. Apparently, the de facto complainant is the purchaser of an immovable property where a tea garden is located. There is a title suit filed against some of the petitioners herein. In such title suit, it is claimed that defendents therein did not have any right, title and interest in respect of the suit property. The petitioners herein claimed title through one Baburam Saren.

Apparently, Baburam Saren sold and transferred the registered immovable property concerned for valuable consideration by a registered deed of conveyance. In such circumstances, the complicity of the petitioners needs to be investigated.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 223 of 2023 is dismissed.
