1. The instant matter appears in the list as a "To Be Mentioned" at the behest of the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the date of FIR is wrongly recorded as 29.04.2014 instead of 02.09.2014.

3. Liberty would be granted to the learned advocate for the petitioners to correct the cause title and the prayer portions in course of the day.

4. In the second paragraph of the order dated 24.02.2025, Rishra Police Station Case No. 116 of 2014 dated 29.04.2014 stands corrected and be read as "Rishra Police Station Case No. 116 of 2014 dated 02.09.2014".

5. The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

6. Department is directed to take necessary correction accordingly.
