This matter has come at the instance of Mr.

Sudhakar Biswas, learned counsel representing the respondent no. 1.

In the order dated 11th April, 2023 in the description of the cause title FMA 402 of 2008 has been inadvertently typed as "FA 402 of 2008". It should be read as FMA 402 of 2008. The mistake is corrected.

Let the same be part and parcel of the order dated 11th April, 2023.

The other portions of the order dated 11th April, 2023 shall remain unaltered.

The department shall take note that on 11th April 2023, FA 113 of 2008 with FMA 402 of 2008 are disposed of.
