Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners submit there was prior enmity between the parties. Series of criminal cases were registered.

Co-accused similarly circumstanced with the petitioners have been granted pre-arrest bail.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to extend the same privilege to the petitioners also.

Accordingly, we direct in the event of arrest, the petitioners, namely, (1) Pappu Hota @ Papu Hota, (2) Sanatan Chakraborty & (3) Amit Chakraborty @ Amit Kumar Chakraborty, be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and on Signed By : ARUP KUMAR DAS High Court of Calcutta 17 th of January 2025 05:13:01 PM

further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. 4.
