Mr. Kamalesh Bhattacharya Mr. Aninda Bhattacharya ...for the petitioner Mr. Avishek Prasad ...for the State Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra Ms. Supriya Dubey ...for the SSC The petitioner filed application for transfer from her present school to another school on 29th September, 2021. Previously she made another application on 13th August, 2021 which was returned on 31st August, 2021. The second application is to be taken into consideration by this court. When the second application was filed, the Government Notification dated 22nd September, 2021 had come into effect and in view of that Government Notification and subsequent notification of Government on 3rd January, 2022, it is the duty of the District Inspector of Schools to make alternative arrangement, if possible.

Hence, I direct the District Inspector of Schools to take steps for an alternative arrangement. If it is done, that will be intimated to the petitioner and also to her school. If it cannot be done within a period of

three months, the matter is also to be intimated to the petitioner and the school that the alternative arrangement could not be done.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
