In view of the fact that as per notification CEN No.01/2014, the ITI, from where candidate passed, must be approved by NCVT/SCVT and in view of the clear finding that the certificates being possessed by the petitioner are not from an ITI approved by NCVT/SCVT, the order impugned cannot be questioned. Accordingly, the writ petitions fail. However, there shall be no order as to costs. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
