1. Learned Counsel on behalf of the Appellants, is present.

2. In the last line second page of the decree date has wrongly been written as 'twenty-first day of March, two thousand twenty three'. It should be read as 'Fifteen day of January, Two Thousand Twenty Six' in place of 'twenty-first day of March, two thousand twenty three'.

3. It appears from the office note dated 18th March, 2026 by the Assistant Registrar - IX, that the address of the Appellant No. 1 (c) namely, Sm. Jaya Karmakar, should be 'Sainthia Netaji Pally' instead of 'Samthia Netaji Pally'.

4. It is also be noted that the addresses of the Plaintiffs/Appellants/Respondents are not mentioned in the decree. The addresses are as follows:-

1) Shri Sunil Kumar Das, since deceased and on his death, his legal representative are being substituted vide Court's order dated 17th August, 2011.
