There is an appellate provision available, and the appellate court may provide the remedy, as sought for in this revisional application, in accordance with the provisions of the law, if the appeal is otherwise found to be on merits.

Since the appellate body has resumed its function, the revisional application is disposed of giving liberty to petitioner to approach the appellate court taking all the points involved in this application before the appellate forum.

This Court reposes trust and confidence that the appellate court would apprise the points to be raised by the petitioner/appellant, and all such points may be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Such exercise may be taken up by petitioners within fortnight from the date of communication of this order.

Limitation, if there be any, should not be taken to be a bar in approaching the appellate remedy under the provisions of law, taking advantage of this order. (Subhasis Dasgupta, J.)
