Learned advocate for the petitioner undertakes to deposit the said amount of Rs.15,000/- by 10th of September, 2021. In view of the undertaking given by the learned lawyer for the petitioner the Warrant of Arrest so issued in connection with the

Misc. Execution Case No.12 of 2019 be stayed till 13th of September, 2021.

In case, the petitioner does not appear or comply with the aforesaid undertaking, the learned Magistrate would be at liberty to take resort to harsher process of law on 14th of September, 2021.

With the aforesaid observations, C.R.R.94 of 2020 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
