Counsel for the petitioner submits that the cheque towards cost of Rs.10,000/- delivered to him has been lost. The petitioner as well as the headmaster shall communicate the same to the bank immediately and issue stop payment instructions. Of the same A fresh cheque may be issued to the petitioner in this regard. Alternatively cash may also be paid against accountable receipt.

A "No objection" from the Fraserganj Krishna Prasad Adarsha Vidyapith (H.S) School has been forwarded to the concerned D. I. on 20.02.2023. A communication to that effect has been placed before this Court. Let a copy of the same be handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.

The D. I. of Schools(S.F.), South 24 Parganas has filed a report dated 09.03.2023. Attempts have been made to look for an appropriate replacement of the petitioner. 15 schools have been communicated with,

to ascertain vacancies. The D. I. of Schools(S.F.), South 24 Parganas shall continue to make aggressive efforts to locate a replacement of the petitioner.

The personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

The contempt application is disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
