Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 876 days. The police filed charge-sheet and therefore further detention of the petitioner is not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that this is the fourth application for bail. The last application was rejected by the order dated April 16, 2021 in CRM 1002 of 2021. Considering the findings returned by the order dated April 16, 2021 passed in CRM 1002 of 2021 with regard to the petitioner and considering the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M.(DB) 184 of 2022 is rejected.
