In spite of such notice, none appears on behalf of the appellants.

In view of such position of the matter, SA 483 of 2008 along with connected application being IA No: CAN 2 of 2007 (Old No: CAN 8039/2007), if pending, are dismissed for default.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.

Let the connected lower Court records be sent down to the Court below by special messenger at the costs of the respondents. Such costs be put in within a week from date.
