It is submitted on behalf of the learned advocate for the petitioners that they filed the instant application challenging an order passed by the learned District Judge, Bankura in a proceeding under the provisions of Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Possession) Act, 1971. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have already vacated the land in question and as

such they are not willing to proceed with the instant application.

Railways are at liberty to take possession of the demised land.

Under such circumstances, Civil Revision being C.O. 3271 of 2018 along with the connected applications are disposed of.
