Abhidipto Tarafdar, learned advocate appears for the petitioner. He submits that, he has received instruction to withdraw this writ petition and to file a proceeding before the jurisdictional Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal on the selfsame cause of action. Accordingly leave is prayed for.

Mr. Chandi Charan De, learned Additional Government Pleader appears for the State.

In view of the above and for the ends of justice, this writ petition WPA 1029 of 2022 stands dismissed as withdrawn with the leave allowing the petitioner to file necessary application before the jurisdictional Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal positively within a period of four weeks from date.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
