Learned advocate for the Finance Company submitted that, the vehicle was seized by the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer. The petitioner now seek an order restraining the finance company for recovering the equated monthly installments.

The Writ Court need not enter into the arena of a hire purchase agreement in the facts of the present case. WPA No. 1370 of 2021 is disposed of without any

order as to costs.
