The only prayer in the writ petition is for a direction on the respondents to accept the application of the petitioner for grant of Contract Carriage Permit in the route of "All Bengal".

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is unable to produce any document showing that the application of the petitioner has been refused to be accepted by the concerned respondents.

In the above incident, the petition is objected by the counsel appearing on behalf of the State who submits that there is no scope for refusing the application of any entity for grant of Contract Carriage Permit in respect of "All Bengal" route.

In view of the above, W.P.A. 443 of 2020 is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
