In the first line of paragraph 9 the writ petition number should be read as "WPA 2009 of 2023" instead and in place of "WPA 1134 of 2023".

In the first line of paragraph 14 the writ petition number should be read as "WPA 1134 of 2023" instead and in place of "WPA 2009 of 2023".

In the first line of paragraph 48, the words "Additional Commissioner" should be read as "Additional Labour Commissioner".

Let this order be treated as part of the judgment dated December 12, 2023.
