It appears from the report filed by the department that some of the appellants had died in the meantime. No attempt has been made to substitute the legal heirs of the said appellants. The appeal stands abated.

In view thereof the appeal stands dismissed.

Interim orders, if therebe any, also stand dismissed.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.
