The petitioner is aggrieved by the reasoned order passed by the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat on 12th March, 2024 in compliance of the direction passed by the Court.

Legality of the said order cannot be adjudicated in the contempt proceeding. It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the same before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

Contempt application stands disposed of.
