On perusal of the entire materials as placed before this Court it reveals that instant revisional application has been filed praying for a direction for expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No. 303 of 2014 as pending before the learned District Judge, Howrah. From the Memo No. 381-XIX(15) dated 21.02.2018 as written by the then District Judge, Howrah it reveals that in the meantime the petitioner has withdrawn the Misc. Case No. 303 of 2014.

In view such, there is nothing left to be decided in this instant revisional application.

Accordingly, CO 53 of 2017 is dismissed as infructuous.
