3. It appears that the appellants were unrepresented on earlier occasions. It appears that the present appellant has lost his interest to proceed further with the present appeal and as such there is no option but to dismiss the present appeal.

4. Accordingly, the instant appeal be and the same is hereby dismissed for default.

5. Consequently, other applications which are pending in connection with this appeal are also dismissed.
