akb has sought for a direction upon the learned Trial Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the present suit being Title Suit No., 453 of 2017 filed before the Court below long back but it has not yet reached at the premptory hearing stage due to several adjournments taken by the parties and as such appropriate direction may be given upon the learned Trial Court, so that the final hearing of the suit be expedited.

Having considered long pendency of the case and also considering the fact that the prayer is justified and that if the present application is allowed in terms of prayer made in this application, neither party will have any cause to prejudice, the prayer made by the petitioner is allowed.

The Court below is directed to make every

endeavour for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit, being Title Suit No. 453 of 2017 without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and the Court below will make it's best effort to conclude the final hearing of the said suit preferably within a period of 6 (six) months from the date of communication of this order.

The revisional application, being C.O. 79 of 2021 is thus disposed of.
